Don’t make your brisk walk an exercise, your gait should be free from stress and should be harmonized. Breathe deeply inhaling from your nostrils and exhaling through mouth. During your walk concentrate on today and the time and don’t worry about what happened yesterday and what will happen tomorrow.

Health is the biggest bounty for a human being. It is said that ask the value of health from sickness. This statement is very common but the most important factor is destruction of health is the lack of discipline. In fact the whole system of nature is due to the quality of discipline. The rising and setting of Sun, winter and summer months, day and night all have set timings neither Sun comes late or early nor the winter and summer come after or before the month that are being designated.

Like wise Allah has given human a particular system. In Quran it is said that “ There are indication for the wise”. Now if a person leads its life on a pattern than he benefits from it. Gets up early to pray Fajar bring benefits to ones life in contrast with those people who to go to bed late and than get up late in the morning. The morning sunshine strokes are very beneficial for health, they trigger beneficial hormones in the body. Morning walk is effective for eyesight and makes your body active. To get up early in the morning you have to go to bed early so taking break fast on time and eating lunch and dinner on time is part of disciplining your system.

It is important for student and worker to get to work and school on time, reaching there in time also increases your respect on other and all the tasks are accomplished on time. If Household ladies let go the discipline in the home affairs than the whole system crashes. Mother’s health and activeness is very important. The same rule applies to the head of the family. If he is the head or owner of a company, his subordinates will not be on time if he will not be on time. To be a successful businessman or a professional being disciplined is the key to success.

To get into habit of being disciplined and making time tables is a little difficult but one can , make it a habit in a very short period of time. Being disciplined is also important because we influence others for example if husband comes late in the night or uses computer late night than it can effect the comfort of the family, the children may get late for school in the morning. To be active in your daily tasks you need to have a good sleep in the night and this is not possible without respecting the time to sleep.

According to a research that the homes where the timings of breakfast, meals and going in and out are scheduled tend to stay healthy while the homes where discipline and time tables are not being adopted tend to loose their health. They don’t get to have leisure time. People in the family should respect each others time table so that by bringing discipline in our lives not only we stay healthy but also makes lives of people around us more comfortable. It is like a sick person getting no benefit if he/she does not take medicine on time.

If no Exercise then Walk…

Although most of us have to walk a lot for our daily routine work or to visit some one that we have to meet. Brisk walking does reduce fats in our body but does not make substantial effect on our intellectual and emotional personality. Today scientists are fully convinced that a fluent and worry free brisk walk not only has positive effect physiologically but also effects a person psychologically. Recently a team of  expert psychologists have discovered that doing a light brisk walk with a relaxed mind 3 times a week increases your memory that usually gets affected with old age. Reality is when you walk to relax yourself, the proper way is to get all the worrisome thoughts out of your mind, don’t consider walk as an exercise. Your gait should be free from stress and should be harmonized. Breathe deeply inhaling from your nostrils and exhaling through mouth. During your walk concentrate on today and the time and don’t worry about what happened yesterday and what will happen tomorrow. This trip should not have any particular direction, just walk relax and walk straight, keep your body upright and where you like walk like you are lost your way. Doing walk like this for minimum 20 minutes giving no attention to what is happening in this world not only your mind and body would feel light but also you will feel a new confidence and zeal in yourself. Researches have concluded that people who walk 3 times a week fro 15-60 minutes, they perform well mentally and physically. In fact like other exercises, walking increases the oxygen supply to your brain ( that usually reduces with old age) and it helps to make brain more active and fast, specially of the parts of the brain which perform the function of planning, differentiating between right and wrong and also the parts that provide instant memory. By doing walk the performance of these parts enhances.
